About

Hey there and thanks for stopping by! I'd love to take the opportunity of you being here to share a little bit about myself.I partner with two kinds of clients - both of whom aspire to discover and/or develop their unique practice of creating conditions where people can be, bring, and do their best at work.Aspiring and Current Leaders
I work with aspiring and current leaders who are looking to build a practice of leadership that is uniquely theirs - a practice of leadership that matches how they want to show up and is authentically them. Together we create environments where they can explore, question, learn, and experiment with different ways to do that. The result of this work is that these professionals show up at work and lead with authenticity, clarity, and intention.
Coaches Working on their ICF Credentialing
I also partner with coaches who are working towards earning, expanding, or renewing their International Coaching Federation credentials. In mentor‑coaching relationships, I offer coaches the same reflective, possibility‑oriented space I provides leadership coaching clients, this time in service of deepening their coaching craft. My mentor coaching invites coaches to notice and build on what is already working, and refine what could be even more effective. Working one‑on‑one with each coach, I supports their unique style while guiding them toward the credential standard they seek.
I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation.

Leadership Practitioner

Leadership is no longer about titles or authority—it’s a collection of practices that create conditions for people to be their best, bring their best, and do their best. It’s also a journey of discovery, growth, and impact that centers around how you choose to show up.

The Book

In The Essential Leadership Practitioner, Marlene Ziobrowski and I share our framework for showing up honed from their own leadership development journeys and the leadership journeys of leaders they’ve coached in organizations of all sizes and across diverse industries.

The Podcast

How does one need to "show up" in order to create a context for people to be the best versions of themselves and do their best work? What are the practical skills and tools that boost one's practice of leadership in order to do that? These are the challenges that Marlene Ziobrowski and I approach every day, as we observe and coach people in all kinds of roles, in all levels of organizations, and at organizations of various sizes. In this podcast, we share their experiences, the experiences of the people we support, and what we see is working.

The Program

The Leadership Practitioner program is designed to accelerate your journey from leading instinctively to leading intentionally through live group learning, guided self-reflection, and personalized coaching. You won’t get a step-by-step plan, but a facilitated, personalized, self-discovery journey culminating in a practice of leadership that is unique to you. And, you’ll embark on this journey with other leaders who are discovering, testing and evaluating their own practice of leadership, so you’re in good company along the way.
